Customer Service Desk– must be used to carry out transaction-related services:
- Balances and statements
- Payments, redemptions, transfers and other transactions
- Information and doubts
SAC (Consumer Service Unit) – does not engage in banking transactions. This service is exclusively for dealing with:
- Information and general doubts
Ombudsman – if you are not satisfied with the solution offered for a complaint made through another channel of the financial institution, contact the Ombudsman and ask to have your case reviewed.
